Every Cyprus company needs a secretary to keep its records. The secretary cannot sign contracts for the company. We can introduce you to a provider instead, using the option at the bottom. 07. Secretary

The secretary keeps the company records and cannot sign contracts on the company's behalf. Note: if the company has more than one shareholder and only one director, that director cannot also be the secretary.

The registered office is the official address in Cyprus where legal documents are served, and it is published on the public register. We can provide one so your home address stays private. 08. Office

Every Cyprus company must have a registered office address in Cyprus. If you do not already have one, we can provide it for you. We do not recommend using your home address, as the registered office is published on the public register and visible to anyone.

The Ultimate Beneficial Owner is the real person who ultimately owns or controls the company. Registration is mandatory within 90 days of incorporation, or penalties apply. 09. UBO

Beneficial owner registration

Cyprus law requires the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) to be registered on the government platform within 90 days of incorporation. Missing this deadline leads to penalties. This is included in our services.
