Your Professional Cyprus Address

A registered Cyprus business address with mail handling, so your company is compliant and your home address stays private.

Overview

A Compliant Address, Without an Office

Every Cyprus company needs a registered legal address. Our virtual office gives you a professional presence with mail service, without the cost of a physical office.

Choose a lean address-only plan, or a Pro plan that adds workspace for when you need to meet or work on site.

The address is not a nice-to-have, it is a condition of registration. A Cyprus company cannot be incorporated without one, which makes it one of the first things to sort out rather than something to arrange once trading starts. It is also the reason people stall: you cannot register the company until you have an address, and you may not want to rent an office for a company that does not exist yet.

The second reason to use one is privacy, and it catches people out. A Cyprus company registered address is public. Register at home and your home address is on the register, visible to anyone who looks, including anyone with a grievance about your business. Once it is published it is difficult to unpublish. A business address keeps your private life out of the corporate record from the start.

Mail is handled rather than merely received. Post is collected, scanned and forwarded, so a letter from the Tax Department or the Registrar reaches you the same week rather than sitting in a box on an island you are not currently on. There is no extra charge for the service itself. If you ask us to send something on by courier, you pay the courier, and nothing more.

Most clients need the address and nothing else. Some want a desk and a name by the door, either because they visit regularly or because their bank or their clients expect a physical presence they can see. Both are available, and we will tell you plainly which one your situation calls for rather than selling you the larger plan by default.

What's included

What You Get

Everything your company needs from a business address, and nothing you would only be paying for to look impressive.

Registered legal address

A compliant Cyprus business address for your company registration, accepted by the Registrar. You can use it for the incorporation itself, which means the address does not become the thing holding up the company.

Mail handling

Receipt, scanning and forwarding of your business post, at no additional charge. Courier costs are the only thing billed on top, and only when you ask us to send something on that way.

Privacy

A Cyprus company registered address is public. Using ours keeps your home address off the register, out of correspondence and away from anyone who goes looking, which is harder to undo than to prevent.

Available before you arrive

You do not need to be in Cyprus to set this up. For most clients incorporating remotely, the address is the piece that makes the rest possible without booking a flight first.

Pro workspace

Optionally add a dedicated desk and your company name by the door, for when you visit, need to meet someone, or want a physical presence your bank and clients can see.

Live in three working days

From payment to a usable address takes three working days. Short enough that it does not sit on the critical path of your company setup.

Address plan €600 per year, Pro plan with workspace €1,500 per year, both excluding VAT. Setup within 3 working days.

Virtual Office FAQ

Costs, cancellation and everything else worth knowing before you book.

It is a legal, registered business address for your Cyprus company, without a physical office. It comes with mail handling and forwarding, so you can run the company from anywhere and still meet the Cypriot requirement to have a local registered address.
The address plan is €600 per year and the Pro plan, which adds a dedicated desk and a sign by the door, is €1,500 per year. Both prices exclude VAT. The address plan includes mail handling, scanning and forwarding at no extra charge, you only pay courier costs if you ask us to send something physically.
Within 3 working days of your payment and details. If you are incorporating, that means the address is rarely the thing holding you up.
Yes. We ask for at least 30 days notice so we can hand over any outstanding mail properly and you can update your registered address in good time. Note that cancelling mid-term does not trigger a refund for the remainder of the year, the annual fee is not pro-rated.
No. This is exactly what the service is for. You can incorporate and operate from abroad, which is how many of our clients start before they relocate.
Cypriot law requires every company to have a local registered address, and that address is public. Our address satisfies the requirement without putting your home on the register.
Yes. Your company's registered address is public by law, so the alternative is your own home appearing in the register and on your correspondence. Using ours keeps your private address out of public records.
Yes. Contracts, company registrations and your entry in the Cyprus Company Register can all carry the address.
Yes. A Cyprus company cannot be incorporated without one, alongside a local company secretary. It is not a formality you can defer: no address means no registration, which is why it is worth arranging before the rest of the setup rather than in the middle of it.
You can, and plenty of people do until they realise the register is public. Your home address then sits in a searchable record next to your name, and it travels into correspondence, contracts and anywhere else your company details are quoted. Removing it later means changing the registered address and living with the older entries. It is much easier not to publish it in the first place.
The address plan is 600 euro a year and the Pro plan with workspace is 1,500 euro a year, both excluding VAT. Mail handling is included in either. The only thing charged on top is courier fees, when you specifically ask us to forward something that way.
The address plan. Unless you visit Cyprus often, need somewhere to meet clients, or have a bank that wants to see a physical presence, the workspace is capacity you will not use. We would rather say that here than let you find out after a year.
Nothing changes. Your company keeps the same registered address, so you avoid re-registering it and updating the authorities, banks, payment providers, brokers and invoicing details. This is a bigger practical benefit than people expect.

The Rebase team was transparent from the start on pricing and next steps, and promptly completed everything for my company and personal registration. We completed the whole immigration process in under 15 minutes.

From start to finish they truly took care of everything and saved me an enormous amount of time and stress. Nikolas was my main point of contact and I always felt well supported. The pricing was very fair.

Mahmoud Awada

Moving my life from Italy and my business from the UK to Cyprus seemed like a nightmare, but Nikolas and the Rebase team made it happen. They took me by the hand through every step, and their network on the island is a goldmine.
