Incorporate Your Cyprus Company, Effortlessly

We set up your Cyprus company end to end, so you can start trading and enjoy the tax benefits without the paperwork.

Overview

Company Formation in Cyprus, Done for You

Setting up a company in Cyprus is fast and straightforward with the right partner. We handle the registration, UBO declaration, tax ID and every legal requirement, in full compliance with local regulations.

We offer package options to suit each client, from a lean setup to a full package with accounting and a business address, so you only pay for what you actually need.

What you get is one point of contact for the whole process. Name approval, the memorandum and articles, the filing with the Registrar, your tax number and, where you need it, your VAT registration all run through the same hands. Nothing is quoted as an extra halfway through, and nothing waits on a provider we cannot reach.

Cyprus law requires a lawyer to draft the articles and sign for the Registrar, so a company setup here is never fully do-it-yourself. You can assemble the pieces separately, but once you count the individual fees and the hours you spend chasing them, a coordinated registration is usually both faster and cheaper.

Most clients are trading roughly 20 to 25 days after we start, provided the documents are complete. We tell you at the consultation what your case realistically looks like, including the running costs that come after the setup, so the number you plan with is the number you pay.

After that the company has obligations of its own. It files an annual return, keeps proper books, has its accounts audited and documents its board decisions. None of that is something you handle alone: we introduce you to an accountant and an auditor matched to your size and sector, and stay reachable while you settle in. A quick question on WhatsApp still gets a quick answer.

What's included

What's Included in Our Packages

Everything needed to get your Cyprus company registered and ready to operate. Several of these are billed as extras elsewhere, which is worth checking when you compare two quotes that look the same on the front page.

Company registration

Name approval with the Registrar, then incorporation and registration itself. We check the name against the register before submitting, because a rejected name is the most common reason a setup loses a week for nothing.

Articles in English

Your memorandum and articles drafted and filed in English, not only in Greek. You need them in a language you can read when a bank, a client or an investor asks for your constitutional documents. Several providers charge separately for this.

UBO declaration

The Ultimate Beneficial Owner filing is mandatory under EU rules and carries penalties when it is missed or left to go stale. We submit yours with the Registrar as part of the incorporation and tell you when it needs refreshing.

Corporate tax number

Registration with the Cyprus Tax Department, which your company needs before it can trade, invoice properly or claim anything under the Cyprus tax regime. It is part of the package, not an afterthought.

VAT registration

Required once your turnover passes 15,600 euro, including business to business activity, and often worth doing voluntarily below that if your clients are VAT registered. We assess your case and handle the registration.

Company stamp

Still asked for in Cyprus when you sign official documents, submit government applications or open a corporate bank account. A small thing that stops the process cold when it is missing.

Bank & next steps

Guidance on opening a corporate bank account, which banks actually work for your type of business, and the introductions you need afterwards to an accountant and auditor who fit your size and sector.

How it works

How Your Incorporation Works

Five steps from first call to a company that can trade. We handle the paperwork at every one of them.

1

Book a consultation

You talk through your plans with Nikolas: what you are building, where you will be tax resident, and what you actually need. Bring the awkward questions, because the ones people leave unasked are usually the ones that cost money later. You leave with a clear picture, not a sales pitch.

2

Your setup plan

We map the right structure for your case, the documents to collect and the services worth having, and just as importantly the ones you do not need yet. You get a fixed quote before anything starts, together with the running costs that follow, so there are no surprises in month three.

3

Documents and filing

We draft the memorandum and articles in English, get your company name approved and file everything with the Registrar of Companies. You sign, we handle the rest. Nothing needs you to be in Cyprus: documents can be signed remotely, and many clients incorporate before they ever land on the island.

4

Tax, VAT and UBO

We register your company with the Tax Department, obtain your VAT number where you need one, and submit your UBO declaration so you are compliant from day one rather than catching up on filings you did not know existed.

5

Ready to trade

Your company is live. We guide you into the practical next steps: your corporate bank account, the accountant and auditor who fit your size and sector, and whatever comes up as you start operating. You keep the same point of contact, so a quick question stays a quick question.

Questions

Cyprus Incorporation FAQ

The questions we get asked most often before a company setup.

No. You do not need to be physically present at any point of the registration. We handle the process on your behalf, and documents can be signed remotely. Many of our clients incorporate before they ever set foot on the island.
Passport copies and proof of address for every shareholder, director and the secretary, plus a few details about your company structure and what the business will actually do. We tell you exactly what to send and check it before anything is filed.
Not from us. Our packages are all-inclusive and quoted up front. What does continue are the normal running costs of any Cyprus company: annual filings, accounting and audit, and your tax. Those depend on your activity, and we walk you through realistic numbers during the consultation.
Every Cyprus company files an annual return, keeps proper books and has its accounts audited. Board decisions need to be documented. None of this is something you handle alone: we introduce you to an accountant and auditor who fit your size and sector, and they keep you on schedule.
VAT registration is required once your annual turnover passes €15,600, including B2B activity. Below that it is voluntary, and it is often still worth doing if you deal with VAT-registered clients. We assess your case and handle the registration as part of the setup.
Yes. We guide you through the documentation and the application, and we point you to the banks that actually work well for your type of business. Approval is always the bank's decision, but going in properly prepared makes a real difference.
EU rules require every company to disclose who ultimately owns or controls it, and Cyprus keeps this in a central UBO register. Missing the filing carries penalties, so we submit it for you as part of the incorporation.
Roughly 20 to 25 days from the point where your documents are complete, covering name approval, registration and the tax and VAT steps that make the company usable. The variable is almost never the Registrar. It is how quickly the paperwork comes back from everyone who has to sign, which is why we tell you exactly what to collect at the start.
Yes. A Cyprus company can be fully foreign owned, with no local shareholder required, and one shareholder and one director are enough. They can be the same person. What you do need is a local company secretary and a registered office address, and both are arranged as part of the setup.
As a guide, accounting and auditing start around 2,000 euro a year and rise with your transaction volume, and there is the annual return plus your corporate tax on top. Those are the external providers fees, not ours. We walk through realistic numbers for your activity during the consultation, because the setup fee is rarely the number that decides whether a structure makes sense.
Yes, and it is usually worth doing in the same conversation. The company and your own tax residency interact, particularly if the Non-Dom regime is part of your plan, and deciding them separately is how people end up with a structure that works on paper and not in practice.
Three things tend to decide it. The corporate rate is 15%, among the lowest in the EU. The Non-Dom regime removes tax on dividends and interest for seventeen years, which matters if you plan to pay yourself from the company. And the whole professional layer, banks, accountants, lawyers and the Registrar itself, works in English. Add a wide network of double taxation treaties and a position between Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and it stops being only a tax argument.
Structures are not permanent. Shareholders join or leave, an activity turns out to need a VAT number it did not need at the start, and a company that began as a holding vehicle starts trading. Each of those is a filing, and each has a deadline. You keep the same contact for them, rather than explaining your history to someone new every time.
Often yes, and it is exactly the case worth talking through rather than assuming. What decides it is where you are tax resident, where your customers are, and where the work is actually carried out, not where the company is registered. We would rather tell you at the consultation that Cyprus is the wrong fit than sell you a structure you unwind a year later.

What our clients say

Rated 5.0 clients on Google & Trustpilot

Moving from Germany to Cyprus was annoying at first because of so many scammers. Nikolas is not like that at all. Trustworthy, honest and helpful. It has been four years and everything he set up still runs great.

Alex Nolte

The Rebase team was transparent from the start on pricing and next steps, and promptly completed everything for my company and personal registration. We completed the whole immigration process in under 15 minutes.

Martin Kravchenko

From start to finish they truly took care of everything and saved me an enormous amount of time and stress. Nikolas was my main point of contact and I always felt well supported. The pricing was very fair.
