The requirements for incorporating a company include choosing a name for the company, providing a local address, and supplying passport copies for Shareholders, Directors, and the Secretary. Upon approval of the company name, we submit the articles of association prepared by us to the Registrar of Companies. Approximately 3 weeks later, the company registration will be complete.

To incorporate a company it typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete the process.
While it is possible to incorporate a company on your own, it is required to use a lawyer to draft the articles of the company and sign for the RoC. Using a provider that can seamlessly coordinate and complete the registration process for you is faster and more cost-effective.
